I want to know how to split either RAR or ISO files into parts. please help. thanks.

Use the first link mentioned above, for that is Freeware, where the other one is just a trial.

I wouldn't really bother spliting RAR files, I would rather unRAR them, and then use WinRAR, to RAR them into smaller multiple files. Will still do quite a good compression on the files, and you would get less chances for it to get corupt, if you want to split it as well...

In WinRAR, go to what you want to RAR, and click add. At the bottom left you'll see "Split into volume, bytes"... Don't forget to put the option just above that on "Best"...for the compression...

Just get a freeware splitting program. It doesn't care what type of files you're breaking up, than can be archive files like RAR, movies files like MPG, database files, excel files, whatever...

you've formatted the hardcontinual to FAT32. in case you would format the hardcontinual to NTFS it does not be a subject matter. besides, you may split the ISO archive into 2 7Z documents for example utilizing 7-Zip.
