I also use DVD Shrink.
It's freeware, and works very well in conjuction with Nero Burning Rom. You can select what Languages you don't want to copy so that you can leave more space on the disc for something else, if you are making a 2 - 1 DVD...

Yes, DVD shrink is the best free program. There's a newer program called DVD decrypter that provides slightly higher quality duplication, but is much, much slower (it takes hours).

Nero will not always work,
use dvd shrink to copy to computer, then use DVD decrypter to burn on DVD

use dvd shrink:

it is very easy.
1. install
2. put in dvd
3.run dvd shrink
4.press open disk, pick your disk
5.press the backup button

you will be given a menu on where and how you would like to back it up. pick iso and then use your dvd burning program of choice to burn the iso files, i like nero

i frequently do an entire rip through DVD decrypter, and then burn it with any cd/dvd burning software...only reproduction the ripped files, (it is going to have lots) to some thing that asserts some thing like "document burner.
