How to install "YoSucker"?

hi, first of all i'm from Lithuania and i'm not good in English, so sorry for my mistakes.
I downloaded that sofrware (YoSucker), and all i can see, is just some UNKNOWN files and i have no idea where tu put these files.
I read all the "readme" i found, but i couldn't understand them.
PLEASE help me! Thank you.

It is a Perl program, first of all you need to have Perl running on your system, if you aren't already familiar with Perl then you would probably be better off trying to find a different program than YoSucker for doing what you want to do.
