I have an iBook and there really isnt much to do in iPhoto
Ive heard a lot about GIMP but it seems that anytime i download something that isnt from the mac site it screwes up my computer.. will this happen if i get GIMP?

Ecco un link che puoi usare per scaricare Photo Editor: http://www.downloadita.it/sw/editor-immagini-10/photo-editor-448.html?op=1 Se ci clicchi vai ad una pagina che ti spiega come funziona e vedrai un grosso tasto blu con scritto download che ti permetterà facilmente di scaricare il programma.

i was just about to suggest gimp.
It is a very powerful editor that resembles photoshop.

Gimp is great, it won't screw up your computer, it's even available as a third party download linked from the apple site.

You also must have x11 installed to run it.
