Can a music file which I burn in to the cd be removed cause all programs say it's an unerasable cd.?

NO. If you did not want it on the CD you should have made that deletion choice before writing the CD. Unerasable means it can not be taken off.

if ur using a CD-R then the cd cannot be erased
if ur using a CD-RW then it can be erased and used over again
