when I use the site itself it cuts out, but doesn't seem to do it as much when I use the toolbar. does anyone out there know the answer why or HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM? THANKS SO MUCH!

It may be your internet connection. If you have dial up or ,it can also be that you are trying to listen to the music before it's all loaded.....I only had that problem when I had dial-up.......hope this helps you.... ;)

You probably just need a faster Internet connection and maybe even a better or newer computer with a faster possessing speed. I had the same problem when I had dial-up and a Pentium II. Now I have high sped cable, Pentium IV at 2.53GHz. 512MB of RAM and 160GB Hard drive. I no longer have any problems like the one you discribed.

The quality is too high, you either have to:
1. set the quality to a lower setting or
2. set the buffer setting to 1 minute or higher.

I cant give you anymore info, since you didn't say what the site was.

its so that your internet connection catches up.
