well you probably aciddently removed an important system file of some sort and need a WINDOWS XP DISC.if you have one it should have been the disc that came with your newly bought system.if not go to a circuit city or somewhere and buy one.if you do have one press the button on the cpu which is not the screen but the other part of your system that is connected to the screen. wait a few seconds then press the same button after it is turned OFF and that you are certain that the light is is not bright and that it has dissapeared.ok now turn the button on where IT IS BRIGHT and is on.then it should say the name of your computer system and when it is doing so press and hold the ESC button until another screen pops up when it does it should give you the option to either boot the system through your hard drive or your cd rom drive you want the CD rom option.after choosing that wait a few seconds and press F5.just follow the instructions but when you get to any options while in the screen select the REFORMAT DRIVE option and wait oh about 20 minutes or so after that 20 minutes or how ever long it takes just follow the system settings set up wizard.well hope this works for you

do you see the hard drive light flickering ? what do you se on the screen ? it is hard to tell you without some more information - it is possible you may have downloaded a virus or may have shutdown the computer incorrectly and damaged some booting file or maybe the anti-virus - ask a friend that is really into computers and lives close to you to take a look at it.

in accordance with what you're saying. it is problematic to determine out what the project is. you probably did not say no matter when you're utilizing severe p.c. or dial or prompt. when you're utilizing a prompt information superhighway, it will be signal barrier project. when you're utilizing severe p.c., it will be undercover agent ware project, if dial up, will be bandwidth project. in case you've been utilizing you pc ok earlier. i don't think of it is pc project. If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
