I know Apple is now selling macs with Windows XP, but that costs more than $1,200. Does Apple have any plans to do something that will allow old macs to view videos with Microsoft Digital Rights Management software?

I'm having problems with my Internet provider Software (NetZero) I need to install a new version fresh but i need to uninstall the old version cause i'm getting Invalid member ID & invalid password. Even when i go to control panel and do add/remove programs its not enough. See when i purchased my pc from "Best Buy" my pc already came with an Net Zero install icon on the desktop, so when i uninstall my software from Add/Remove programs i still see the old install desktop item, even when i reeboot after uninstalling. Is there a way to completely erase all net zero from my pc so i can do a clean install? Can someone help?

I'm looking for freeware (not shareware) that can handle the splitting of movie files on my computer. At a minimum it must be able to handle AVI files and MPEG files. Any suggestions?

There's a few I would go for, maybe Echo the dolphin on the Mega Drive, maybe Project X (by Team 17) on the Amiga or maybe Street Fighter Turbo on the SNES!

My computer is a couple of years old, and when I did the latest Windows update (I use Windows XP) it said my copy of Windows wasn't genuine. I can't find my Windows XP disk, but I'm almost sure it was brand new when I installed it. Now, I have a new icon by my clock and it pops up every hour or so saying that I may be a victim of software counterfeiting. Of course when I click it, it takes me to a Microsoft page that basically says I have to buy a new copy. Is there any way to undo this? Any way out of buying another copy of Windows? Also, on my Control Panel under Add/Remove programs, I have 25 Windows XP Hotfix items, (& 1 Windows Genuine Advantage Notification). Aren't these taking up space? My hard drive is only 5.35 GB and it's nearly full. Can I SAFELY get rid of any of the Windows Hotfix items? And how do I fix the problem of my software not being genuine, short of buying another copy? I don't really care that it's not genuine, I just hate dealing with the popup every hour.

I've tried Premiere but for some reason everytime I import the divx file it crashes with some error and closes and I can't do anything with it. Maybe it's because it's a divx file? All I want is to write subtitles for the movie I have, isn't there a simple and light-weight program to do that? Or do I have to find some converter to turn the divx file into something else that I can work with on Premiere?
