I m a student of B A (Hons) with Economics as a main. But I want to be a software engineer. What shout i do after graduation.

Whoops wrong course there!!

best bet take some night classes or something to ensure you're qualified.. do some work experience, slap it on your CVl. if you got some good designs and you know your stuff you might make it at any company just by writing in and saying 'i can do THIS!'

Would definately research courses, learn the skill and the trade in your own time.. no better teacher than yourself

You have to do a B.Sc in Information Technology first. There you can learn Software Engineering. That's your basic degree.So if you are concerning about post graduate studies you can do a M.Sc. in IT. There are doctoral programmes as well.
