I'm having problems with my Internet provider Software (NetZero) I need to install a new version fresh but i need to uninstall the old version cause i'm getting Invalid member ID & invalid password. Even when i go to control panel and do add/remove programs its not enough. See when i purchased my pc from "Best Buy" my pc already came with an Net Zero install icon on the desktop, so when i uninstall my software from Add/Remove programs i still see the old install desktop item, even when i reeboot after uninstalling. Is there a way to completely erase all net zero from my pc so i can do a clean install? Can someone help?

Try to un-install again but this time go to the directory of the software where it is installed. They usually go to the program files directory from there delete the folder.

If the file on the Desktop is just the Install file, that is fine. As long as the shortcut to open the program is gone, it is uninstalled. You can just delete the Install file from your Desktop.
