you can check what people have been on by going onto
all programs>>> accessories>>> system tools>>> disk cleanup
wait for the window to open>>> highlight temporary internet files>>> on tab below which says "view files" press and find out what people have been up to on your comp

Try one of the data recovery programmes like cw shredder it finds deleted files such as cookies, pictures,etc that have been deleted from sight but are still on the computer

The only way i know of is to look through the history, but if they have cleared that then i'm sorry i aint much help.

You could also try and see what cookies they have picked up on their journeys...They won't say the exact site and will not be all-inclusive but may be a good indicator of what they were doing...

yes you can. Index.dat contains the data of all the sites visited. You could use the below script to find out.
