Software - September 2006

I never use Windows Messenger because I don't like the interface. Also seems like there's always a 'port' problem using a router. I DID download MSN messenger but took it off - as actually I liked yahoo's messenger better. Is the Windows Live Messenger replacing the Windows Messenger in Windows or is it a separate piece of software - like MSN was.

Bought the camera but no software disc in the bubble pack. Supposed to have a small disc but it wasn't in the package. Looked on-line for the PhoTags Express program but it's not available as freeware anywhere. Any help would be appreciated. The drivers are installed on my computer as ADPK dual mode camera. Got the drivers from Sakar's website but the PhoTags Express program is not there. Everywhere I look has ProTags for money, don't use any credit cards.

Does anyone know a good free photo editor for download? I want something that I can take a photo of someone and add things in the background or change colors of sections of the photo. I'd like to be able to add sparkles, clouds, fur ect. Anyone know of anything free for trial or free to download?

I'm downloading a tv show from itunes and it is more than half way through and it is saying 33 minutes remaining. With the old itunes it took ten minutes and the most to download a show. The new itunes 7 takes an hour to download one show.

I took some movies from my friends hard drive and its a main folder, with plenty of sub-folders within. I can't seem to figure out how to play the movie. Does anyone know how? or is there a program to download to use? Could anyone who knows how to also paste the hyperlink for whatever program i need to download here? thanks!

I just downloaded the new version after converting a few files to .mp3 then back to .wav and all...And all of a sudden, MY SONGS DISAPPEARED! I can only redeem those I DID NOT purchase...also, some of my songs COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED from the face of my computer (not in the recycle bin, I checked EVERYWHERE they'd be in)!!!!!!! Hi, I ran it and it showed in red letters 2 lines the same
Windows Security Center Firewall Disable Notification

and then something about key registry changed.


What does that mean and I installed Mac afee but it does not let me uninstall it; it says there is an error and it stays there in add and remove programs. thank
