I just downloaded the new version after converting a few files to .mp3 then back to .wav and all...And all of a sudden, MY SONGS DISAPPEARED! I can only redeem those I DID NOT purchase...also, some of my songs COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED from the face of my computer (not in the recycle bin, I checked EVERYWHERE they'd be in)!!!!!!! Is this happening w/ anyone else? Can I get some help? Please and thank you!

Check your My Music/iTunes folder. Sometimes it just shifted all your songs from ur location to iTunes default folder. I hate it when it does tat too......

i thoguht the same thing happened to me,
did u try to restart your computer?
once i did that the first thing i did before signing online or anything was to try to play my songs.
try that.

otherwise you acn ussally contact the company who sold the songs to you and they'll refund you, if they're nice.
