Given the fact that I cannot read them before I am obligated to purchase the software, I figure MY terms and conditions are equally as binding on them.
T&C #1:
1.) To the extent my policies conflict with any other policies, my policies override and supercede those that conflict with them.
I also charge $150 to make copies of my T&C for companies to dispute our arrangements. I find this really throws a wrench in their ridiculous processes.

Ah... No. Lol. nicely, perhaps once. yet i'm consistently anxious they could pull something they wanted to with that, understanding human beings do not examine them.
