1) If you haven't already, download iTunes
2) Open iTunes
3) put your cd in the drive
4) iTunes will then ask you if you would like to import the songs from the CD into your library. Click on YES
5) When the first CD is done you'll see the cd name on the left side. Right click one time and select EJECT DISK.
6) Insert the next disk and repeat.
After all your current CDs are loaded, then connect your ipod. The iTunes software will automatically update your ipod with the new music.
Have fun!

When you put your cd into the drive, it should automatically launch some type of media program (ie.. Media Player, Music Match, Real Player). once your media program is up.. simply save the tracks to your hard drive. Your IPOD should have come with software for your PC and your IPOD to communicate. When you plug in your IPOD that software may automatically launch. Simply follow the instructions or click on the IPOD's software help button.

Hope this helped
