Norton Ghost Software will allow you to take an image of your PC. I would recommend that you have a nice, clean image to start with - that may mean rebuilding it for now. Add in all of your software and test as you go. Then, run ghost. You'll need a second drive or an alternative storage device to copy to. Then, when you have a crash (if you're like me, several times a year!) and within 10 minutes, you're computer is completely restored back to the time you made the image. With just a few upgrades from your software, you're up and running. Good Luck!
