when deleting disk clean up files, should or not not these be checked or unchecked to delete [web client/publisher temp files and catalog files for content indexer and downloaded files? and what's a good spyware and what's the site?

have you ever got an e-mail saying that some rich old lady in England has died leaving a lot of money and no relatives and since you have the same last name (I didn't) than you get the money. they just want your social security number, your bank account number, your name, age, adress... in short, all your info.

I mean, how stupid are they, do they think someone actually is going to give them the info?

-I contacted McAfee about it but they say my computer is not affected (I sent the file for checking to webimmune.com which is under McAfee).
-My antivirus says there is this trojan in my computer
- I cannot delete it since it is for some reason write-protected

I have Norton Anit-Virus 2006. It has been working fine.
I am going to reinstall my windows. So everything will be deleted.
I still have months left with Norton. With my new windows should I install Avast (free edition) with Zone alarm(firewall) or install Norton again???
Whats your opinion??
Norton is ok but two things 1> it takes a lot of your memory... 2> i had problem with truning the Auto-Protect on..

I have created a user account for my employees to use on the computer. It is a limited access account. However, I want to remove ALL of the programs (including the internet) from that account, so they cannot access it. However, if i delete something from the desktop or start menu, it deletes it from my user account also. How do i remove all the programs (except for two) from the limited access account without it affecting my account?

ever since i installed fax talk communicator i have been getting extreme amounts of pop ups from spylocked and antivirus gold telling me i got tons of spyware(which i don't)so i figure unistall fax talk but,whenever i hit remove i get a message telling me"unistall is not valid or data has been corrupted unistall will not continue.How in the hell can i get this off my computer?
