SpyLocked is the latest rogue anti-spyware program to come out from the makers of SpyDawn and Virusburst. SpyLocked is installed by a trojan called Zlob, which attempts to trick you into buying the alleged rogue anti-spyware program. Once you're infected with SpyLocked, a fake security message similar to a Windows notification pops up saying your PC is infected with malware. This SpyLocked message is used to lure you into purchasing, downloading and installing their program to remove the imaginary spyware.
SpyLocked may also automatically launch at your computer's startup and scan your computer. SpyLocked can be extremely difficult to remove manually, and will continue to try to recreate itself.
Go here to remove it.

It is very odd that you should be getting pop ups from fax talk communicator. I think you probably were infected through some other channel. From where did you download fax talk communicator? Perhaps the download site is where you got infected. Check your Add/Remove Program list for any rogue anti-spyware program installation. SpyLocked and Antivirus Gold are rogue anti-spyware programs that are similar to SpywareQuake and AntiVermins.
Since you can't remove the fax talk communicator, I recommend that you use an anti-spyware program to scan for anything that can be considered Spyware.

Regarding Cyberlog, it is a detected threat for a ransomware anti-spyware product that is normally bundled with different trojans embedded on Media Codecs as a way of installation. Maybe Cyberlog itself is the one that is causing the excessive pop-ups and comes bundled with SpyLocked.
Found Cyberlog info here: http://www.precisesecurity.com/blogs/2006/10/16/spywarecyberlog-x-removal/

SpyLocked is the latest in the family of Zlob installed rogue anti-spyware programs. There is a more in depth description and removal guide at the following link:

I advise that you do not go to a site offering a solution other than a manual removal method or smitfraudfix. Using any other method is just the person trying to make money by selling you a piece of software. There is absolutely ZERO REASON that you should have to spend money to remove this infection.

well, you can delete the program directory directly, then remove the registry entries that it put in when it was installed, effectivly uninstalling by hand. you should contact the company who made the thing, and ask for registry entries, they may give them to you. you could just remove the entries that give you an error message. do this by searching the registry for the file name that it says it can't find, then delete that entry, or folder... if you don't know what your doing in the registry, don't do that... get a list.
