Try to avoid the most popular anti virus you can buy retail in stores because the most popular anti virus are the ones virus makers target to evade. Popular does not mean it works the best.

U can install mcafee Or norton antivirus. both are good. But these will perform better only when they are updates.
ist install any of them
then update by live update or download current dat file & update.
