How does a person find out who is hacking them?

I don't think you can, you can however stop them from hacking you, put get spyware and virus protections programs, along with putting up a firewall.

Lay off the weed from now on... chances of you being hacked are very remote unless you've invited it in some way.
Tell me what's the problem and the symptoms and I'll try to help...

You don't unless they brag or boast about it or the attackers
let you know they are attacking you to terrorize you.

get a firewall
and it won't happen again
unless if someone knows your password

do you have a firewall????? you really cannot tell unless your firewall detects it....
