Can the free-scans(advertisement) can be virus/fake themselves? And there detection results of pornographic sites/images be true? I dont think so,coz I never save such pictures,nor even sites! But they have found 264 adult pics.And also,how to COMPLETELY remove all the sites or pics I've visited/seen through Yahoo!search from the Computer memory?Are they stored anyhow,even if I delete them from the Internet search history?Pls help!

I heard that Norton is the best, but some users say that Norton can't detect some of the viruses that are aimed to be "Norton proved."
I heard that Avg is also good, but never use it before, any suggestion??
I am using symantec antivirus right now.

privacy service and spamkiller are expired. It show antiabuse and antispam at a red and antihacker green (antivirus orange).

I just realized my windows firewall was off and turned it on..does this mean I have two firewalls running (McAfee and windows) and is that bad.

I have avr free, avr spyware, spyblaster, and ad aware...am I protected..is anything missing and shouls I remove one of the firewalls or keep as is.

I have windows XP and keep getting a warning (on the bottom right hand corner of the screen) that it may be infected by a virus. I have run my mcfee virus scan and am not infected. If i click on the warning it takes me to a wesite that is trying to sell spyware. How do i get rid of this?

I have just gone wireless & bought a laptop,I understand that the modem/gateway gives me a firewall protection while working at home but do I need to instale a security program such as norton security for use when using hot spots away from home the laptop came with Norton anti virus instaled & I am using windows XP

i have been scammed by a ******* chinese guy....i emailed him so many times saying so many bad things and what he did i believed was he blocked my email address....
his email add was sz_ntp_electronic@126.com
then "postmaster@126.com"
sends me a message that there was a failure in delivering the message..
would anyone know how he did it?
or how will i be able to get back to him?? so he can read my messages??? he is just trying to trick me that he is not using the email address anymore so i wont bother him....but i tried emailing him using another emaill address but it went through there was no undeliver of message? this guy did something i just dont know how he did it.
anyone want to help? how can i get back to him??

guys pls need serious help here.
i bumped into a webpage yesterday just to view a streaming media but accidentally installed an activex codec. after it was installed in my system,TRAINGLE @ THE NOTIFICATION AREA keeps on bugging me leading me to a page that sells its products and its already making me sick of it.

i do have adaware se, norton antivirus 2006
i already restored windows from earlier state

also, the system clock keeps losing time ... it resets it to weeks ago and the clock loses minutes fairly constantly ... I am denied access to the internet time update ... my virus scanner dosn't pick anything up, but I' still suspicious - thoughts?
