I have tried but havent received it from them for like 4 hours.

you need to buy it...
if you already did and did not receive a code
either there was an installation problem
or your copy was not genuine
i think you may have gotten it from the wrong site

Format hard drive cancel aol service contract this is whati would do then switch to another service provider. who more than likely will be cheaper.
