Yes I have a couple of places you can download what you need. The first is www.grissoft.com this is where you can download a free version of 'avg' anti-virus. I have used the free version of this software for years and have never had a virus get through. the next suggestion is a free spyware program, there are many. I have had very good results with 'ad-aware se' it is free and updates easily as well as being easy to use. just do a simple web search for the download site. Also I use a small 'cleaning' program called "crap cleaner" a free download also.

A lot of these spyware programs can be gotten rid of by simply deleting old files in your browser. This is easy to do. Open yahoo home page, at the top, click where it says 'tools'. Select 'internet options'. Where it says 'temporary internet files' click delete files, check the box that says offline files, hit ok. this should clean most unwanted files like the trojan, if not use the downloads I suggested, they will do the job. good luck, let me know if it works for you

when u get the warning - write down the exact path to the bad file.
then restart the pc in safe mode command prompt.
If your bad file is on the D drive or other...type '%driveletter%:' at the prompt to change drives. '%driveletter%' represents the letter of the drive you need...
if your bad file is on the c drive and the prompt is at the c drive then type 'cd folder\folder\folder' where folder = the pathname you wrote down type it all in except the file - when you press enter the prompt should look like the path you copied from the norton warning.

the bad file might be a hidden file...

all thats left is type "del [filename]"

if it does not delete or whatever add a switch to the del command

type 'del /ah [filename]'
