Obviously, if you are not connected to the Internet there is a 99.99% chance that it cannot be hacked (.01% leeway given for hidden or secret black ops emerging technology).

no, unless you leave a WI-fi connection open and your computer is on, otherwise they'll have to physically have access to your computer to hack it.
