This prevents us from downloading games onto the hard drive.Does anybody know a way around this?

Just uninstall the program or if that does not work then just click on the for got password.

There is not a way around this. It is there to make sure that the company's computer are not harmed. Keep in mind that if something were to accidentally happen to your computer, it could bring down a portion or even all of your company's computers. I wouldn't try to get around it. Check out your company's IT policy, or ask if you aren't sure. Chances are, trying to get around the password or downloading games could lead to severe consequences as to your employment.

Yeah! Get ahold of the administrator who set it up and have them do it! Theres a reason they did tho! To keep you doin youre job and stop infesting the company network! I bet your the first to complain at the supper table and wonder why jobs in America are bein outsourced too!

Nope! The whole idea is to lock down the users' desktops to keep them from messing with the company machines. When we locked down our desktops a few years ago, support costs plunged over 80%!
