thats trojan.. go to safer-networking.org and get the spybot update nd scan it will fix the malware. otherwise spyware terminator will definately take it out of ur system

Virusblast is a Smitfraud infection. You will need to use a specialized removal tool such as SmitFraudFix v2.2:
