i have tried everything possible; to remove it from my computer i cannot find any way to remove the new internetexplorer. 7; everything from add/remove programs to trying to do a system restore which i have never had a problem with and with this issue; i cannot even do a system restore at any date what so ever. can someone please tell me how?

There's a folder in my C Drive under administrator that I can't see. My virus program alerted me to a bunch of worms in it but it's not visible in my computer. I vrified it by tring to create a folder called "complete" in the directory and got a message saying that a folder with that name already exists. I don't see it but it's there. How do I get rid of it?

I think an old ex is still reading my email. I'm going to change my password today, but is there a way to find out if he really is or not? I never gave him my old password, but I guess with a little time and knowledge of who I am and someone could figure it out.

my internet browser was hijacked and websites keep popping up with ani virus and spyware stuff that aint legit. and i get a security alert warning ballon that pops up and says you a virus or a spyware then tells the name of it. it is not my antivirus programs i have and the virus or spyware wont show up on all the sacns iv ran. i need help

she enters her dob, zip code and other info leadingup to it the info must has been entered wrong when she signed up because it will not take her to her security question. is there any way to bypass this and get to the security question. she uses this email for work and is really screwed if she can't fix it.
