yes, i have lost my administrative rights on my computer from an x-frind, how do i get them back.?

also, checked in my properties in my computer, the remote acess is checked and browned out in the box, how do i get back my privelages, ???

When you computer restarts, press F8 (the keys above the number keys) Then go into safe mode, you dont need a password or rights in there, so log into your acount (you dont need a password to get in on safemode) Then go to start---control pannel--- users--- then you can make yourself a administrator and make the other person not.
