There is no single program that will do it. You can only use one Anti-Virus program. You can and should use more than on Anti-Spyware program that provide full time protection.

I have always used Ad-Aware SE Personal. It's a program from Lavasoft and it's been a really great friend to me. Any time I have ever had a trojan, it's snagged it. Best of all, it's free!

sure there is, i use AVG anti virus and spy bot along with a few others. You can go to http://www.major geeks.com for a whole lot Be careful look closely at them some charge. or go to http://www.downloads.com at downloads.com you can search according to weather you want free programs or what ever. download AVG free edition from www.grisoft.com
it works great. just be sure to keep your updates doenloaded regularly as with any antivirus software.
