someone hacked my hotmail account. and changed my secret question i think i know who it is but they wont admit to it! does anyone know how to unhack it or whatever the term is??? i really need any help i can get!!!

lately i got something on y computer.I have A icon blinking on the bottom of the computer by my clock.It is a red circle with a question mark in it. then a small window will pop up and read "Virus Alert. your computer is infected" when i click on it it takes you to the web page SpywareQuake http://www.spywarequake.com/?aff=247 .
I have ran sybot ,McAfree windows defender and yahoo anti-spy.and it doesn't remove it.How can i remove this and what is this???

I heard there was a nationwide virus that was released on July 3 & 4. that's when my computer went bonkers. there seems to be a worm, Trojan virus, Backdoor virus and Malwarm program that is eating files and breaking links in my computer.

Norton has found a virus called 'Downloader Trojan' It is located at C:Windows/system32/comnap.dll . And it can not be deleted! I tried manually deleting it by going to 'My Computer > C drive > Windows > System 32 > comnap.dll and it says its being used by another program. Please Help!

Need free software that will do the job?

I've used Stopzilla scan and they say i've 44 infections,
three critical and when I replace this software for Yahoo! anti-spyware they said i've no infections?

Please intepret or give suggestion as to what software may or may not be the best and at that which is free or at least is inexpensive and can be downloaded United Kingdom location. No zip here!

Last night my PC registered a virus called the "Downloader" virus which Norton Internet Security/Anti-virus could not remove. It found the file which is called CLUSLXX.DLL but couldn't do anything with it. I went to Norton's website and they said to go in safe mode and run norton to remove it but this did not work. I can't delete it or rename it because it says the file is in use.

What can I do to get rid of it? I don't want to have to clear my PC if I don't have to.

i have had to uninstall windows defender from my wifes p.c as it was stopping the internet connection,and when i looked in the program it said "a new version is avalible"
i went to download it ,but it wouldnt work,so i uninstalled it and everything is fine.i had this problem once before with windows defender,so what i need to know she has avast anti-virus,spybot ,and adaware(plus sp2 and yahoo toolbar),will this be enough security for her p.c,i think it should but what do you folks think ?
