how can I log on as the administrator on my computer?

One way I know of is in "Safe mode"

Restart your computer, keep tapping the F8 key until you get the startup menus. From there select "Safe Mode"
After you will see the normal login screen with a new user added. "Administrator"
Click on the "Administrator" acount and login.
