First Delete NOD 32, or at least stop it from running because 2 anti-virus cannot run at the same time.

Then Install and run all of the following.

I use all of the following Free software with Windows XP SP2 and Internet Explorer with MSN toolbar and the pop-up blocker turned on and have never had a single problem with my computer sense Microsoft came out with SP2. (knock on wood.) (And be sure to keep Windows and the following software Updated)

The best Anti-virus is: AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition. (www.grisoft.com)
The Best Spyware defense is: SpyBot Search and Destroy (www.spybot.info)
AND: AdAware SE (www.lavasoft.com)
AND Spyware Blaster (http://www.javacoolsoftware.info/kb/)
The best Firewall besides the one that comes with Windows is: Zone Alarm (http://www.zonelabs.com/store/content/co... or just (www.zonelabs.com) and select the FREE version.

These are all FREE and are all that are required. There is no reason to pay for this kind of software, except to give a donation to the writers if you can.
ALL the above programs are recommended and should be run on a regular basis. With some the free versions they must be run manually.

The best way to avoid getting any Malware (virus, Trojan's, spyware, etc) is to practice safe computing. Microsoft and many others have countless articles on the subject of safe computing. (something I think should be taught in schools)

NOD 32 Antivirus is a nicely-commonly used, award-prevailing, antivirus application and detects a good purchase of viruses that Norton would not. NOD 32 is amazingly very good notwithstanding the most acceptable one available is Kaspersky Antivirus.

first of all....... NOD 32 sucks a.s.s................there are many other ways... first of all you should at least have an anti-virus program installed on your pc... but since your are probably too stupid.... you don't have one... second.... you should also have a few anti-spy-ware scanners/blockers.... but I'm sure you don't have any of that either.... third..... you should also have a firewall installed... but i bet you don't have it turned on.... fourth.... you should also keep your computer/operating system up-to-date... but you probably have no clue what that means....... and finally...... you shouldn't be surfing the web for PORN... I'm willing to bet that's how you got the virus in the first place... from a porn site or from downloading porn from Limewire or some lame a.s.s. P2P network program...

SO!!!... first you have to turn your FIREWALL on... windows xp has one built in and it works just fine... some people might have you believe otherwise but those people are f.u.c.k.in idiots.... you can find the firewall by going into your control panel and assuming you have windows xp SP2 ... "WHICH YOU SHOULD BY NOW" ... click on Security Center in the control panel.... now... make sure that the "green" light is on for ALL sections... "Firewall", "Automatic Updates", and "Virus Protection"... if not then .... turn them on... .. now if you don't have Service Pack 2 installed then... either you don't have a legal copy of XP or you are too dumb to be using a computer that has Internet access....

ok.. assuming you have the firewall turned on at least... you should at this point download an anti-virus program .... i would recommend... "AVG 7 Free Edition" .. works fine... and I've been using it for more than 4 years now... never had a problems with it.... you can download the Free Edition of AVG from here:
http://free.grisoft.com/doc/avg-anti-virus-free/lng/us/tpl/v5

once you finish downloading it.. Install it and then Update it.... once updated you should do a complete scan with it..... it should find all the viruses and clean your system....

now.. here are links to 3 very good Anti-Spy-ware software ... ALL 3 are completely free

Ad-Aware SE:
http://www.download.com/Ad-Aware-SE-Personal-Edition/3000-8022_4-10399602.html?tag=lst-0-1

Spybot Search & Destroy:
http://www.download.com/Spybot-Search-Destroy/3000-8022_4-10401314.html?tag=lst-0-1

SpywareBlaster:
http://www.download.com/SpywareBlaster/3000-8022_4-10486084.html?tag=lst-0-1

oh.. and make sure you install all 3 and update all 3.... and also make sure to Immunize with Spybot S&D and SpywareBlaster

..... i would also recommend that you use another Web Browser other than Internet Explorer... download Firefox and install it... and start using that instead... Firefox is much cleaner and safer and more secure to use than Internet Explorer....

you can download Firefox from here:
http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/

just remember... if you have and do the following things.. you should never get spyware or viruses:

1. keep OS up-to-date... and make sure your OS is legal

2. always use a firewall... especially the firewall built in to XP

3. you should always have an anti-virus program install and up-to-date on your computer.

4. you should always have an Anti-spyware program... (technically you should probably have 2 or 3 installed... because not one of the top 5 programs detect all spyware or even the same spyware.) and make sure they are always up-to-date!

5. you should always have some sort of Pop-up blocker... personally i use 2... the one thats built into windows xp and i also use the one on the Yahoo Toolbar...

6. never open an e-mail from anyone that you don't know... especially if it has an attachment.

7. never surf porn sites.. they are full of spyware and viruses... so if you get one .. its your fault.

8. if you use a P2P program like Limewire, Kazaa, or BareShare... whichever... you are begging for spyware and viruses.... make sure you check the file size and the file extension.... if you see that the file size isn't even close to what it should be then don't download it.... and watch out for files that have multiple file extensions.. like... song.mp3.exe or movie.avi.mpg.exe... for the most part... make sure the file doesn't end in .xml, .exe, .bat, .vbs..... don't even bother trying to find games on a P2P program.. because the chances are they are full of viruses.

that about sums it up....lol

If that's what you've got, use it, every month. Why ask. You can also check out Microsoft website to search for these softwares: Lavasoft Ad-Adware SE PErsonal, Spybot search & Destroy. They're free and small-sized and at least they dont conflict with NOD.

P.S. Good Luck
