HELP! with "unhacking" email accounts?

someone hacked my hotmail account. and changed my secret question i think i know who it is but they wont admit to it! does anyone know how to unhack it or whatever the term is??? i really need any help i can get!!!

I would just make a new e-mail address on MSN and re-add everybody except the person you suspect of "hacking" your old MSN.

you better email hotmail and tell them what happened.
