I want my own privacy and set up a password for my account, however I catch him in my Admin space all the time... Is there some kind of trick he could be using to get into my Admin space, because I've changed my password in the past. please let me know if there's something he might be doing to get into my admin space cuz I want him out!

I believe I have gotten rid of the virus, but for some reason my Windows Firewall will not turn on. I've tried turning it on from the control panel, from programs/accessories/tools, everything I know of . I know it worked before the virus.
