URNDWAY IS Way Wrong. It is a Windows XP thing.

Control Panel >
Performance and Maintenance >
System.

Choose the Advanced tab, and click the Settings button under Performance.

DEP settings are on the Data Execution Prevention tab

CHOOSE WISELY

Its not an XP thing. I have had it for years.

I am not sure what it is, I just know its not an XP thing.

Could be a corrupted install. Uninstall and reinstall from a fresh download.
