i have windows media center and need to know how to fix this, also, I know this has something to do with the problem, but before this happened i deleted a bunch a stuff without really looking at what it was. I can't find any of the files i deleted and didn't back-up my computer please help! sincerely mike, the guy who shouldn't be allowed to touch anyones computer

you might have to call this number to ask and answer some questions. 1-877-8380 call this number and they will walk you through it,i think you should call them tommorrow.It's the mcafee scan virus info.

Hi Mike,
I'll try to help .. First of all - did you have mcaffee already on your machine? Were you just updating it? Cause if you were thats maybe where your problem started .. You need to remove the old version first through control panel otherwise it gives you hell (have one guess how I know that??) -

If it is the case I think you might even need the original disk -

You should probably reload your OS (windows media edition). Make sure to burn anything you don't want to lose on to a disk such as music and pics.

Did you look in your Recycle Bin? If you didn't empty the bin the files might still be there and you can restore them.
