How could Ebay be improved?

Recently I have been so mad with Ebay. For starters, I bought a PC. I bought the item, paid with Paypal, and the PC never came! They gave me so much hassle getting a refund. Took a few weeks, to get it back! So I gave them a well deserved negative feedback, and in retaliation, they gave me one too! Despite doing nothing wrong!

Secondly, I was selling an iPod on Ebay, and I got scammed out of the player. It was a sophisticated move that was technically inside the rules of Ebay however.
The MP3 player went on the listings, and within a few hours I had a bid on there, and then straight away I had a second bid, but the high bidder was the same. The bidding was now at £854 for an iPod shuffle! I checked it and nothing seemed to be wrong with the bids.
It stayed at that price for the whole time and then the guy took his bid of, and I sold it for a measly 50p!

I was wondering what other peoples bad experiences of Ebay are, so I can ask them to improve it, in particular the feedback system.

I cannot open some icons in my desktop from DOS.There are some icons with name ending with ".lnk" .?

Some icons are opening but some are not opening.

I have to make a movie for my computer class and i dont know what to do it on!!?

Our computer teacher told us we have to make a movie using a digital camera and by taking 900 pictures we can do it on anything as long as it is not inappropriate and has no blood and violence in it, and it has to have a moral point to it, so i cant just do anything random because the story will have to have a moral point and the movie has to be 3 minutes long

what do you suggest?

I have 3 computers and a laptop in my house. they all share the same network and wireless internet system,which is Linksys and my internet connection keeps saying its low and also my printer keeps getting disconnected from the network as well as my moms laptop. how do i fix this problem. do you know what i mean.

i installed 2 512 mb ddr400 ram in my computer but it only shows 768 mb whats is wrong?

i just installed a second ddr 512 mb pc 3200 stick to my comp to make it 1 gig on ram and it worked for a min next time i turned on the computer its reading 768 mb now i think i have a bad stick like its only using one side of the stick. what could it be?

How do I write on a document with Windows XP?

I am learning how to use my p.c. and am having trouble. I can open a document, but can't write any text. I keep getting a box telling me to close dialog box. What is that? Also, does Windows XP come with word pad and word processing or are they something I need to buy and install?

is a new motherboard for my computer worth paying $200.00 to fix?

took my computer in to get checked and the tech said the motherboard was damaged. dont know jack about computers but is that a reasonable price or is it even worth paying that amount?
