Okay you can use any recordable CD or DVD to burn games. However it is important to take note the differences between DVD and CDr's.

First, there is the encoding. A DVD can not be played in a CD driver.

DVD's hold 4.7 GB's of data (8GB's for a Dual Layer DVD) or 120 minutes Video.

CDr's hold between 650-700MB or 80 minutes Audio.

If your game is less than 695mb's use a CD because they are far cheaper and most people have a CD drive. Fewer have a DVD drive.

Hope this helps...

You need the special GAME cd-r. Go to your local best buy and ask them. They will know. Say I am looking for the special UBER Game CD-R and give them the special hand shake while holding your balls.

Keep in mind that most games will NOT run from a copy, due to copy protection.
