assuming you mean "how do I get a picture from a web browser" then you would do the following (in IE6): right click on the image then click "save picture as" and choose a location you want to save it to. If you want to do a SCREEN CAPTURE (screen shot) of your own computer, you can press the "print screen" button on your keyboard (right next to the Pause/Break and Scroll Lock buttons, in the upper right hand corner). Then open up Paint (Start-Programs-Accessories-Paint) and click 'Edit->Paste". Then click "Save as" and choose "JPEG as your format".

well.. you... need to click with the right side of the mouse on the pic and a small screen appear and tell you what you want to do... but.. in many cases what you copy is the entire website and no the pic... so click with the right side of the mouse in the picture that you want to copy and put the pic in the place that you want... example my document... desktop or a folder that you can create for pictures..

Just right click with the cursor on the image you are interested in. Click on the "save picture as" selection and it will give options select one and your done.
If that doesn't work for you try the more exotic suggestions but my method worked on your avatar.

if its a pc right click the mouse while over the image and then select save image as, or one of the options like copy, (if you select copy, you then have to go to a program like photoshop or what ever, to paste it then save it) when you save it name it something and save it to a folder or your desktop, if its a mac its alot easier, just hold down the mouse over the image and select save image as, it will automatically be saved to your desktop.

if you can't do a right click and save, use the print screen key on your keyboard, then paste to paint or word, do some formating.
