To get to Answers, you use a web browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox.
To get your Email, you use an Email client like Outlook Express or Thunderbird.
Call your ISP for help to: Configure Outlook Express.

check your pop3 incoming and out going configuration if you can't fixed it then ask your ISP for the configuration.
