What is the keyboard shortcut to move a window?

I can't SEE the window. I have dual montiors at work and when I remote in from home (where I don't have dual montiors) it screws things up, and I can't see some windows (like they're opening on the other screen). There's a keyboard shortcut to move windows around - since I can't click on the window - but I can't recall the shortcut

Yes, it's called a mouse pointer.

Click and drag on the title bar and the Window will move magically!!!
