u know how on the computer screen theres the scroll thing on the side.mine disapeared and i don't know how to fix it. does anybody?

See the blue bar waaaaay at the top of the screen? Click it twice - fast (double-click).

Scroll bars only appear in Internet Explorer when the web page you are viewing is too big to show on one screen.
If you have a wheel mouse, you don't even need the scroll bars, just use the scroll wheel.
Make sure your Window is Maximized.

maybe it's the mouse or trying pushing the f12 key.

try reducing your screen size slightly. it's probably still there good luck.......
