But be aware that even though using those sites is legal, downloading movies is illegal.

There are plenty of good downloading sites, but they are ilegal. Even if you pay to download from a peer to peer file sharing site, you are only paying to use the site, you are not paying for the movie. It is ilegal and many people have been sued, so I would not recommend it.
