This day and age a person can set up an account without speaking to anyone, BUT in order to cancel that same account that same person must CALL someone. It is as if the company must give you permission to cancel.

What I am asking is why apple is being so secretive about the wireless card in the macbook. I had one and could not connect to the internet. I called them up and they told me that it did not have a wireless N card in it. Please read the following article.

When copying a large file from one hard drive to another, the time remaining fluctuates constantly. It can jump from 3min-4min-1min-9min..... really random. Why is that?

I am using unix for the first time (Solaris 8 on a SunBlade 150). When I start up, I get 2 windows, one called Console and one called Terminal. It seems like they serve exactly the same purpose: typing unix sommands. Can someone please explain what these windows are used for and the difference between the two?

We were just all told that we could no longer stream music through our computers, because of bandwidth issues? Could somebody please explain this to me? Also if it does, why is it just now becoming an issue, the entire office staff (3-5 people) have been streaming music since I can remeber. Is this the head honcho just finding a reason to ***** at everyone, or is this a legitimate claim?

I got a strange result when I used the Windows XP defragmenter. At the end of the process there was a message on the screen telling me that something did not defragment.
The details of this were as follows: -
DID NOT DEFRAGENT
Fragments File size
2 25kb

File name: - \Documents and Settings\User\favorites\DV

What does this mean? Is it something serious, or just one of those glitches that happen to computers?
Should I try to defragment this file again? If so, how can I do it?
There is a very long list of Favorites on my computer. Perhaps that is the problem.
PS: Is it possible to print out my list of favorites? I think it is not possible, but someone might be able to tell me what to do.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me out

I'm connecting over a LAN if that makes a difference. Where can I go to get help?
