How can I download AND insert music in a Power Point presentation?

Can someboby please explain whar are the steps to do this? I want to incorporate a melody to my Power Point presentation. How to find those? and how to insert them?

Drag your music file and drop on Power Point.
No it does not work like pictures, lol.. wait i'l find out and come back..

Go insert -> movies and sounds -> sound from file then pick ur file
