Hi is there any internet expert available to solve my issue?After using internet for 10-15 minutes my connection goes disconnected and the address showing on URL is http:///?%20
the matter inside the page is page can not be displayed.I am using this in my office,other people are able to work on same connection and I have checked everything from network driver to patches and other things....please suggest what can be done,no formatting please...!!!!

I saw a few screenshots of some of my friends' computers. Some had a shiny, black, windows XP task bar. The whole skin was just super pretty. I only have silver, green and blue.

How does one come about the nice black task bar with that sharp look? :D

Every time I try to run the ScanDisk tool I get the following message.
"ScanDisk has started 10 times because Windows or another program has been writing to this drive. Quitting some running programs may enable ScanDisk to finish sooner. Do you want to continue receiving this warning."
The same thing happens when I try to defrag the C Drive except I don't get the message and the defrag. doesn't get more than 5% done and it starts over again and again making no progress, even after running all night long.
There are no other programs running so I don't know what to do. I tried leaving the ScanDisk on, but gave up after nine hours and still, no progress. If anyone knows how to fix this problem. Please let me know! Thanks for your help.

There is a filed called "ctfmon.exe" in the startup tab of the System Configuration Utility. Everytime I uncheck it, it will show up as 'checked' again after a reboot. I know it activates the Alternative User Input Text Input Processor (TIP) and the Microsoft Office Language Bar, however I don't have Microsoft Office installed - I only have MS Word installed from a MS Works disc. I have read that this 'ctfmon.exe' file could also be a trojan. How can be sure this file is legit and not a trojan?

i hired a kid that said he new how to make a web site for me, when he was here he didn't understand or didn't know how to do it, so he said that there was a thing called ebay store and he showed me one. it was not what i wanted so off he went,("last time i find someone from flyer on my mail box")the next thing i know is i'm being billed from ebay for a store site!!! i didn't have one , did'nt make one , don't know how to find one, but i keep being billed. i emailed ebay no reply, i wrote several times with no reply, i called 1-800-directy and got phone numbers for ebay in texas and california i called sevaral times with no one willing to help!! i asked to speak with supervisors and still no luck!! know i can't even sign on to ebay to buy anything. pleaseeeee help me?i also found it very strange that i started to recieve emails from ebay telling me that people have sent money to me and wanted their items, which i sent to spoof ebay since i never have sold on ebay only bought!! help!!!!
