if i click the right button mouse the box with cut.paste,etc,.. were blank...as in totally even the file,edit,view,,...how can i fix it?...

Go into Add remove programs disinstall word put CD in and reinstall

Sounds like you are in restricted mode because you've not registered Word. That's true if it's Word 2003 or newer ... if you don't register or if your key is illegal you go into restricted mode where you can just about read documents but not change them. That happens 30 days after you install.
If that's it ... register your copy with a legitimate key. That's the only legit way...
Or of course uninstall it and install word2000. Because that doesn't require key registration to work properly.
If you're running word 2000 or older ... no idea, never seen that happen.
