I saw a few screenshots of some of my friends' computers. Some had a shiny, black, windows XP task bar. The whole skin was just super pretty. I only have silver, green and blue.
How does one come about the nice black task bar with that sharp look? :D

WindowBlinds, its a software application that changes your whole windows theme.....go to www.9down.com and so a search for windowsblinds and then download it and install and good luck
