You need to use the MS Word Autocorrect feature.

In Word, go to Tools > Autocorrect Options...

Make sure the Autocorrect Tab is selected.

Make sure the "Replace text as you type" check box is selected.

In the "Replace" box type in the original word (E.g. Dwight)

In the "With" box type in the new word (E.g. Dipers).

Then Click 'Add' and finally 'OK'

Make the change in Autocorrect (tools menu). No macro needed

Just watch out that indulging in this prank it doesen't come back and bite you! Several employees were scaked recently for interfering with a computer that was on someone elses desk. Invasion of privacy, innapropriate use of office equipment and causing another embarrassment and grief. All dismissal offenses
