Hmm.. go to eBay Live help where you can chat with a rep. Don't ask for a supervisor, they can only do the same thing the reps can do.

the link for Live help is: http://pages.ebay.com/help/basics/n-livehelpemail.html

once in, give them your user id, email address (they may ask for your whole name, address and telephone number also) so that they can disclose to you your account's info.

ask them if you do have an account and you have a store. If you have a store, ask them to walk you through onhow to close it.

to check if you have a store go to your my eBay, it you have a door icon beside your id, you have a store. Or on the left side of your my eBay, under MY ACcount, click on subscriptions. You will see there if you have a store..

EBay does not have a number..if you have one, and they did not gave it to you, the reps will just hang up on you. Better go to Live Help.

hi, I only went and checked my account previously I responded you to make positive it became operating ideal... I stay in Texas and it truly is operating only nice on all factors of the region... I advise you bypass to the Ebay homestead web page and click on "stay help", I guess the boys there can help you to confirm what might want to be incorrect... wish that works for you...

I would suggest that you contact the POLICE and let them know that you are a victim of IDENTITY THEFT and let them contact ebay.
